Returns
We do not accept returns for food items due to safety and hygiene reasons, unless the product you received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item.
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gracioustrovefoods@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Do not send any products back without contacting us first.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your request and, if required, the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
