Where We Ship

We ship to all states across India from our Nagercoil address.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via leading courier partners (using Shiprocket), such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, or India Post.

We carefully pack each order, especially our glass bottles, to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, shipping charges will be calculated based on your order amount, weight, and delivery location.
(Shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.)
Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time

Metro cities: Usually delivered in 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Other cities & towns: Usually delivered in 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Remote or difficult-to-reach areas: May take a few extra days.
Note: During festive seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, transport issues), deliveries may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding!
Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment online.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or the package is lost, please email us at gracioustrovefoods@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of any damaged items and packaging.
